Cruz was Solicitor General of Texas, an organization of thousands. He argued dozens of cases before the US Supreme Court, and won most of them. Before that he taught U.S. Supreme Court Litigation as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Texas School of Law. He served as the Director of the Office of Policy Planning at the Federal Trade Commission, as Associate Deputy Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice, and as Domestic Policy Advisor on the 2000 Bush-Cheney campaign. He was law clerk for US Supreme Court Chief Justice William Rehnquist.
I suppose now you're going to say that he can't hold a steady job.
All wonderful accomplishments for a political career.
What payroll has he ever had to make? I want the guy/gal who has signed the FRONT of the checks...with a business risk and responsibility background, to turn this country around. Someone who has had the guts to invest/put up HIS OWN capital to start/run a company and who knows what drives the engine of our economy AND our country.
I’ve supported, and continue to support (my) Sen Cruz in the Senate and/or as AG or SCOTUS. His knowledge of our Constitution is brilliant, and has been very conservatively proposed to legislation of our laws.
