If I were advising the Cruz campaign, I would NOT play up his connections to the GWB-RINO Administration.
His wife also worked in the GWB administration as well as CFR and for the "crony capitalist" financial institutions.
The Cruz's are well connected with crony capitalists, one worlders and GOPe and don't think for one minute he won't be beholden to them for their "secret" PAC donations. Secret because he's not allowed to communicate with them (WINK-WINK) that is not until after he's elected, then he will be reminded who got him there and what he'll have to do if he wants to stay.
Cruz is a fraud!

I vehemently disagree. Cruz is one of the few candidates who is as he represents himself to be. Like Donald Trump, he has made all the right enemies, meaning that the GOPe and their mouthpieces (Boehner, McConnell, etc) all despise him and would like nothing better than to drive him out.
My admonition for Cruz NOT to play up his connections to the GWB administration is based upon the net result of the GWB years (NOT good), plus the fact that the public is exhibiting plenty of Bush-fatigue (witness Jeb at 4%) and Cruz does not need to be associated with that sort of thing.
