Obama is sounding like a candidate for the nervous hospital. I am not being a wise guy here. His tone of voice (all I am going on - no TV here) has been markedly different.

Goes on TV quickly to whine about need for gun control (confiscation). Reason for it, he needed to deflect away from the news of the day about Russia/Syria and how he looked like the fool he is.
Next afternoon goes on TV to whine again about gun control (confiscation) while speaking a bit about Syria and HIS relationship to what is happening there.
This guy is going to continue to chase windmills internationally while subjecting the country to a continued bout of seeing his mug on the TV espousing BS lefty crap for the next 15 months. Worse as the day of his departure gets closer, he will begin issuing edicts which will turn this place into a lefty hell hole. Expect paroles for Clinton if they get too close also.
