I don’t see any specifics - just bullet points. Everyone yells that Trump doesn’t give specifics - yet, I’ve yet to hear any of Cruz’s policies. These are a wish list.
And I have heard Trump talk about his doing things that are clearly outside the scope of his Constitutional authority.
