This would have more impact if there were before-and-after photos. I've seen several episodes of Cuban Chrome and the infrastructure is a wreck and they complain about shortages all the time. Yet, they seem fairly content in their situation.

I seriously doubt they are content - it’s just that they don’t want to see the inside of a Cuban prison by complaining.
