In all the blather about considering the feelings of the transgendered, why is there no talk about the feelings of normal women? If almost everyone is uncomfortable, by definition, there is a problem. And, correcting it is easy enough... IT can shower at home, rather than mess up everyone’s day, or wind up with a private shower built for 20.

Because saying the word "normal" is "queerphobic" and "transphobic".

Just try to define a sexually normal person without sounding "exclusionary" of the "other gendered". It isn't possible in a single word. It requires a whole long string of words. Confusion breeds its own.
