Sorry, libs. You already made it a POINT OF LAW that sexual harassment is in the eye of the beholder, so you don’t get to tell us whether a transgender showering next to us is creating a hostile environment or not. If it is our subjective opinion that it is, then, according to THE LAW, it is.
