I was talking to our high school pyhcologist about this ...I asked him why these people have not been reported to the ATF/FBI database.
He said that most DR.s are are afraid of getting sued.
That the HIPPA act protects that Info.
He said the HIPPA law needs to be changed to allow Dr.s report all patients who are prescribed psychotropic drugs.
Is this true ???
