Looks like he came up to the Winchester area to live near his 64 year old mom Laurel who is licensed in Oregon as an LPN. This would have been around 2012.
Mom has previous addresses in the LA area and Oakland.
Wonder if pa Mercer is from there. No idea if they were ever married or still together.
Have a gut feeling he was still living with mommy.
