His writings on the informative link you posted doesn’t reflect the writings of someone with learning disablities...even his grammar is good which is quite strange.

From his fathers “voice” the father is Swedish...but other than a name I cannot find photo or information much at all on the mother except the shooter did live with her...and the parents were apart since 2006.
