I believe the WIKI on Umpqua says 16000
WIKI does say 16,000 part time—plus 3200 full time. Which would make one-in-five residents of the county enrolled, and, as WIKI rightly points out, the western portion of the county is too far away for UCC to serve it. So much for Wiki.

With SWOCC to the West, Rogue Community to the South, Lane CC to the North, and a big forrest to the East, there is no way on God’s green earth that it makes it to 10,000, let alone 20,000.
The WIKI figure would require about 2 of every 9 people whose closest option is UCC to be currently attending there. No way.
