How can this happen?? Does the shooter not know he broke the law by bringing a gun to a gun free zone?
Apparently signs banning guns don’t repel shooters like crosses do vampires. It may - I know it is hard to believe - invite shooters to go to a safe zone knowing he/she won’t be shot back at while killing. I know, I know, makes no sense in Obama magic thinking but that is reality.
