not designed to handle current amount of attention.
Even big schools with large IT staff, e.g. Virginia Tech, get close to meltdown from this sort of thing.
I believe that the White House was notified within minutes of this killing. I believe Obama gave orders to the authorities in Oregon to keep the name of this killer from the public exactly because he is a muslim. We shall see. I believe the white house is using this time to craft a political explanation which will not hurt obama. I may be way off of base, but we shall see.
