Yes, but it wasn’t exactly your typical mass shooting situation. See post no. 316.
Moreover, I don’t mean to defend ANY of the shooters It’s just that I think there is usually something fundamentally different between the white and black perps.
Last but not least, I don’t claim to understand the phenomenon — not by any stretch of the imagination.
