Did Trump actually say “Operation Wetback”? Or is faux just making it up? Trump spoke to Pelley about Eisenhower's successful operation to repatriate illegal immigrants. He didn't say the coined phrase by the Eisenhower administration operation 'Wet Back' in the 60 Minutes interview.
