Can range from grotty ‘sink’ estates to older and very pretty, well maintained estates. Druggies and lowlifes in the former, older residents or young families in the latter.
Some people will live in one all their days and even move to another. Others will move out to private housing as children, teens or adults and usually never go back. Moving from working class to middle class in social terms, as well as housing terms.
