John and Ken on kfi640am said McCarthy was against Jerry Browns train and global warming agenda.They said McCarthy was against anything Brown did.This was on the 25th of this month. They also said McCarty wanted to dismantle obamacare.

Can anyone here from cali confirm or deny this about McCarthy

McCarthy was a thorn in liberal's sides when he was in the legislature. He would be MUCH better than Boehner just based on on personality - he is both more well spoken, more strategic, and more willing to fight.

BUT, (unfortunately there is a but), he isn't really any more conservative than Boehner. So if this makes sense, he scores a A for his ability to fight and govern for his beliefs, but a C+ for his beliefs. Boehner was D for his ability to fight and govern, and a C+ for his beliefs. The ideal candidate is an A in both categories.
