How did that silly outlandish minimum wage (when I was a teen, that was $3) get into the picture?

If the national minimum wage goes to $15/hr. full time workers will pay at least some taxes.

When I was a teen, it was $2 and that seemed like pure riches to me. I bussed dishes and was paid in cash.
