Then, it was coined by Leftists as a way to cow Conservatives. There is racial discrimination, and there are white supremacists- who I believe are today's Black leaders...they believe that blacks are so inferior to whites that white people should take care of them, a form of paternalism.
I for one refuse to accept the Jackson/Sharpton/Obama view that blacks are inferior people.
