It has to be a complete nightmare in Germany now.
Typical, law-abiding, middle-class Germans must be concerned when refugees might ultimately riot and ravage the countryside.
Unsure how they will get a handle on this issue.

Well, they could issue a defensive handgun or shotgun to every citizen. Or they could at least allow private ownership of defensive weapons. Or they could stand around and do nothing.

I'm betting on the last possibility.
