A system in which hospitals were required to take care of the sick in emergency rooms. You dont remember that? A system which provided no preventative care and which is the most expensive way of providing care, as well as taking resources away from those emergency cases that really need it. That's your solution?

“Preventive care” is up to the individual, just like it’s up to the individual to maintain his or her home or automobile.
