Oh, NO!!! President Hillary Clinton, here we come! /sarcasm;)
To: lafroste
Ok, I called this (most people expected Jundal, but I think Paul was expected to hang on longer).

Not going to happen, she is done. Even Sen. Bernie is overtaking her.

Called it. Predicted Jindal and then Paul soon after. The only reason why Kasich, Christie, Graham, and Rubio are holding on is to help Jeb and position for opportunities if he wins. Jindal, Trump, Paul, and Cruz are running because they want to win.

The herd needs some serious thinning. Basically it's down to the following six:
Trump
Cruz
Carson
Fiorina
Rubio
And as much as it pains me to say it, Jebbie.
Those are the only six who actually have a shot. The rest have no chance whatsoever.

The total crash and burn of Hillary Clinton is one of the funniest political events of my life.

With all this talk about the conservatives going after Sen. Mitch, look for Sen. Paul to bow out and maybe take over Sen. Mitch’s postion.

Trump Cruz Carson Fiorina Rubio And as much as it pains me to say it, Jebbie. Those are the only six who actually have a shot. The rest have no chance whatsoever.Rubio will be the guy the GOPe rally around.
I'll be happy to support Cruz, Carson, Trump and maybe Fiorina.

And looking at that list, it’ll come down to Insider vs Outsider. As much as he may try to position himself as a renegade, Cruz is a US Senator. Trump, Fiorina, and Carson are unequivocally non-politicians, and nothing can change that.

The RNC has to adjust the playbook for nominating ¡Yeb!
They had planned a crowded field allowing The Joyful Tortoise to get just enough votes to win the nod.
Trump has screwed that up, so the field will be cleared as Walker telegraphed in his exit speech.
Look for several, Pataki, Jindal, Paul, Graham, Christie to bow out.

I believe you are right. America is ready to elect an outsider and that is reflected in the polls. And unfortunately Cruz is going to find it difficult to shake the fact that he's a sitting U.S. senator and perceived as part of the problem (even though those paying attention know better).
At least Cruz backers can take solace in the fact that he's only 44 years old and has a very bright future ahead of him regardless.

Christie probably won’t be far behind. He hasn’t made much headway after the debates.
