I just saw attack story and video late last night..
I think I saw this guy last Monday about 8 pm, a mile from the attack site.. (oddly right near the Santa Ana police substation)
crazy homeless guy walking down street by himself ..yelling at nobody ...punching the air...
was going to police this moring to report may be same guy
