We will need people who are able to communicate with our new owners and overlords. China is buying up vast tracts of deserted Detroit, waiting for the day when Chinese capital revitalizes the city and returns it to its manufacturing greatness. Of course, the owners, bosses and a lot of the workers will be Chinese. We have to be prepared.
