Cordova is the modern day Hickory Hill (Hickory Hood). Just stay where you are in Midtown and let the criminals pass over you as they follow “Whitey” further east. I live in Berclair (Summer/Perkins) and it’s not too bad over here yet.
My parents moved to Hickory Hill/Ridge in 1984 there was only one black family that lived on their block when they left 15 years later they was only one white family left. The people who initially moved in were good hard working folks but it was the collateral friends and family who became the issue.
