Twenty-five years ago, huh? Big deal.Yeah, anyone seeking dirty laundry needs to look for a fresher vintage - and I happen to agree with most of what he said there. (I don't think educating the public is a proper function of government ... but if I woke up tomorrow to find that ever greater abuse of government authority had disappeared I'd be ecstatic.)
