Me thinks Boehner's persistent crying during the Pope's visit is because as an altar boy he was sexually abused by a Catholic priest or other representative of the church. THIS EXPLAINS HIS HYPER-SENSITIVITY AND CONSTANT CRYING ON OTHER OCCASIONS AS WELL.

Team 0dunga knows EVERYTHING about every member of Congress (and SCOTUS), given most of them have security clearances and thus special background investigations. Also, 0dunga uses his NSA to dig up dirt on our representatives to use for blackmail to ensure he always gets his way. Perhaps Boehner being abused as an altar boy is the information 0dunga blackmails him with in order to vote the way he wants.

Boner was crying so much in front of the pope because he believed he was talking to God. Those tears were him begging forgiveness for EVERYTHING.
