Do you understand about the different classes of stock? Who owns the Class B and their rights vs who owns the Class A and their rights? How many board seats each class has? Notice who the publisher is?

Tell me, how many class B shares can you buy? How many could I buy?

We can't buy them though the ownership is public. That's why I used a range of 1% to about 2.5% for Sulzburger. The publisher is Arthur Sulzberger Jr. He and Michael Golden are the trustees. I'll assume Golden is Jewish though I don't know, so you've got a Christian and a Jew managing the B share trusts, the Christian is the publisher, the Jew is a vice chairman, and somehow this makes the NYT part of some sort of Jewish "family", like the mob? Would be funny if it weren't so sad.

What about the multitude of other investors. Like Carlos Slim who owns nearly 20% of the compay, are they in on it?
