Exactly. We are living in a time when our elected officials no longer fear the people. For this I blame a weak opposition party, but perhaps more blame should go to that special branch of government, the one the founding fathers gave specific protection, the fourth estate. The men and woman who would like to be called reporters but have become lap dogs.

As always, it is up to the people to correct our government. We are starting to see some cracks, a handful of GOPe candidates have lost primaries and elections. The Dems lost their recent hold over Congress, however the lack of action by the GOPe given their mandate has now produced Trump, Carson and Lady Fiorina.
