You know, I just wouldn’t be surprised if this whole thing with Fox News is just kabuki theater, a “trumped-up” controversy aimed at bringing in more viewers, ratings, and money. I am just speculating, but I could see Roger Ailes passing the word to Rich Lowry to “cross the line, be provocative, say whatever you want”... Kelly seemed genuinely shocked and surprised, but Lowry clearly had his “balls” speech all prepared and ready to go.
Think about it...
Especially if they can keep Trump engaged. Whether anyone watches or not Fox is getting ratings from the dust-up, people who want to watch the mud wrestling.
And Lowry is just a way for Fox to tap into Trump's 4 mil followers on Twitter. Trump needs to ignore them and let them sink into oblivion..
