The media world was waiting for it and Donald Trump delivered Wednesday night, performing his now nightly Twitter assault on Fox News after announcing his boycott of the network earlier in the day.
This time, the GOP frontrunner’s outrage came after the National Review’s Rich Lowry suggested that Carly Fiorina “cut [Trump’s] balls off with the precision of a surgeon” at the CNN Republican debate, much to host Megyn Kelly’s shock. “You can’t say that,” Kelly said. For once, she and Trump agreed.

I actually don't think Donald was hurt. He's doing this for show (good for him) to point at the hypocrasy of the media.
What if Trump said (and this is really really rude but equivalent) -> "Hey, I really sliced up Megyn's vagina! Really mutilated that chick's genitals." It's the SAME THING.
So, if the media is going to call foul on him for arguably hinting at a woman's period, then for that same media to talk about cutting his testicles off - it doesn't hurt him - but he's damn justified and damn well better stuff Jim's balls in Jim's mouth.
Good work Trump - you've now gotten the media to act BELOW what they accuse you of, and which you haven't even done.
If only the NR guys (Jonah, Jim, Bill, Krauthammer etc.) knew how much respect they've lost attacking Trump. I imagine their readership is down at least 35%, which just happens to be about the percentage of their readership in front of whom they've exposed themselves as bought off losers faking intellect.

They didn't need to love Trump, they just needed to not pee on the carpet like group of pansy 4 year olds when he showed up to their slumber party and pointed out that they are not really very smart at all.

And I think you will agree, that as the edited clip gets repeated on the FOX Broadcast network affiliates, many people who tune in to watch “The Simpsons” but who don’t even know who Megyn Kelly is, will say “What did he just say? And who’s that blonde chick?”
Smart strategy, using the unregulated cable network to create controversy that pulls in more viewers from the broadcast network affiliates. Which is why I suspect the fine hand of Roger Ailes behind this.
Especially if they can keep Trump engaged. Whether anyone watches or not Fox is getting ratings from the dust-up, people who want to watch the mud wrestling.
And Lowry is just a way for Fox to tap into Trump's 4 mil followers on Twitter. Trump needs to ignore them and let them sink into oblivion..
He has decided on his plan of action and lets us decide for ourselves.
