I remember reading articles about naturalization ceremonies being given in other languages so apparently speaking English is no longer a requirement.
Swearing allegiance to & to bear arms to defend the US and other things are also optional now.
I’m surprised they aren’t required to swear to vote straight Democrat ticket.
