Cruz and Rubio—I think both are smart, competent, conservative choices. I think Cruz is the stronger of the two, but there are things I like about Rubio in the times I have heard him so far—he’s pro-life, he’s very knowledgeable about foreign policy, etc.
Rubio supports amnesty and a huge infusion of guest workers. He is bought and owned by his corporate paymasters. The Rubio-Schumer Gang of 8 bill makes Rubio an enemy of conservatives.
Does it concern you at all that he lied on camera to get elected, just for starters?
He lost me on gang of eight. I asked them to remove me from their lists and they kindly did. Took my trust away. I think he could be a useful idiot for the GOPee. He will not get my vote in the primary.
