The sharp and rapid rise of Carly Fiorina is, for me at least, another indicator that polling right now is volatile and flawed. I actually think if primary season started tomorrow, wed find the last men standing would be Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) 100% and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) 92%, with Cruz having a slight advantage for now at least.

That birther bus pulled out of the station a long time ago, bub.
He’s running. I’m not. That’s for him to worry about. I don’t think this is his first rodeo and I’m sure he has peeps to take care of those details.
Interesting...but a long ways to go.
Which is the point---he isn't worrying about it and doesn't have the peeps for the details.
and hes taken them on IN THE SENATE.
Ericksons FB page has been flamed to the point of unbelievability. He is now reduced to posting pics of what he had for dinner last night with accompanying recipe.
Good point.
Anyone who would vote for Rubio is an imbecile. He is an open borders amnesty RINO
As I've stated elsewhere on this forum many times, I have infinitely more confidence in Mark Levin and the CATO Institute than I do in legions of internet sea lawyers and bloggers. ... JimRob
Erickson is an a$$hole. He hates Trump and will do anything to stop him from the nomination.
He's right that Rubio may be the biggest threat........to conservatives. Now that Jeb appears neutered, the GOPe will flock to him and hope they can revive him with $$$. Rubio is telegenic, energetic, charismatic and speaks well. Unfortunately he has shown his cards with the gang of eight, he's a malleable and gullible man, a weapon in the hands of the DNCe and GOPe.
The base won't forget that easily.
Anyone saying that this isn't Trump's race to win or lose is not seeing things correctly.
Should have said: Now that Jeb appears neutered, the GOPe will flock to Rubio and hope they can revive him with $$$.
So how is Trump going to get the nomination if he has no ground game? Is his name going to magically appear on primary ballots in all 50 states?
Cruz has a real problem as a candidate. He is not connecting with the voters. You can be the smartest guy in class and know all the answers, but you will never be elected class President. Something is missing. He is mired in single digits.
That's not what I got from Rubio in the two debates so far and in the recent candidate forum in South Carolina.
It is one thing to assert a claim. It is another to demonstrate it with evidence, to answer objections, and thus to persuade.
His problem is the infatuation with the amateurs, Trump, Carson, and Fiorina, who are garnering all the attention. Once they fold, one by one, Cruz will rise. We are still a long way away from any delegates being chosen.
If you are forming your political opinions from listening to Erick Erickson you are not operating in a realm of reality.
The GOPe and their lackeys are throwing everything against the wall to see what sticks. Trump is turning out huge crowds and his followers are energetic and motivated. Obviously he has enough of a ground game to do that.
Anyone who has been involved in politics knows that these huge events require lots of planning, organization, and logistics. Trump is doing that. He must have some very good advance people along with the cooperation of people on the ground.
I have been part of advance teams and know what it takes to pull this off.
Three people ahead of him have to fold? hahahahahaha.
