That was feel-good New York businessman courting (because Trump endorsed McCain) just after Obama was sworn in and before he had gotten started. Trump was talking about his potential as president. The ONLY person who did not say those kinds of things was Rush.
Citizens are still not permitted to say bad things about Obama—Or to allow bad things to be said about Obama.
