This one too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1iuj7VMB48o
Naysayers like you are a dime a dozen.
You’re either part of the answer or part of the problem.
Good luck with that.
Youre either part of the answer or part of the problem.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
or you are trying to prevent those with the answer from creating a problem
Liberalism is never a part of the answer.
Believing it could be will screw you every time.
Those Iraqi Christian women might have some help today had our nominee been a conservative instead of a liberal like Romney.
But people like you never learn. You keep thinking we can win with those types, no matter how often history proves that it isn’t possible.
Only a conservative will produce a win.
Said in 2009 when lots of people were duped. Carly praises Hillary in 2015. One comment before these past 6 years of hell and one current. See any difference?
If other candidates fall by the wayside, and it becomes a matter of choosing Trump or Jebuardo (or perhaps Rubio), THEN what do you do?
It might be something to consider because that is what the GOPe is desperately trying to pull off.
However, I can well understand the popularity of Trump. He has helped to regain freedom of speech and escaping the tyranny of the Left's PC, and his actions have exposed the Left leaning of a number of so-called conservatives. Imagine, Christie and others saying Trump should have defended Obama, and over something that he has no way of knowing.
As for Reagan, my parents and I were Reagan supporters and I still am. But Reagan sure wasn't perfect. I remember how shocked my parents were at his amnesty. This was a huge mistake. Giving amnesty and importing immigrants from enemy countries and/or countries with cultures incompatible with our Constitution are the most effective ways to destroy our country. Few, other than Trump, have come out in favor of deportation and against admitting so-called Syrians.
Insulting others isn’t going to increase support for Senator Seven Percent, FRiend. Have a nice day.
Same thing over and over. I even hear Trump people say he’s great because he has no political ideology. After all, Obama is an ideologue and look where that got us.
It’s a complex argument, but the reason we lose is our lack of a clear, systematic ideology that governs what we do. The left can get away with that because that is their ideology. We can’t. Paradoxically, the issues that lend themselves to slipshod political ideology make arguing for a systematic ideology a lost cause.
Anyway, so this thread proves beyond a reasonable doubt that support for Trump (that equals voting for him) is completely irrational and completely out of character with the prevailing rhetoric of FR (that we keep voting for people who say they’re conservative, but stab us in the back. No more!). Their rhetoric is subservient to media manipulation and pathos. It’s no wonder, public schools specialize in making us mailable, but freepers claim to be above all that.
I do see the difference. The question is do you see the similarities?
And there’s another well-worn meme.
If your support for a political candidate is influenced by what a faceless person on a forum says to you, maybe you shouldn’t be voting.
I agree with you...Reagan wasn’t perfect and neither is Cruz. They are (and were) human beings.
But Donald Trump is a liberal with a corresponding history. There’s no comparison.
Like I said upthread, I won't be casting another vote for a liberal.
I like and agree with Cruz’s method of espousing his ideas, which he admits is drawn directly from Ronald Reagan.
He believes in explaining to all groups, races, ethnicities, etc. exactly why conservatism is the best way to lift people up and get them out of poverty. Candidates are reluctant to do that because they feel more comfortable pandering.
0bama had done absolutely nothing at that point, and this tripe has been posted before on FR by the Trump Derangement Syndrome crowd.
So it's an epic fail on the part of the TDSers.
Try again.
Hell, the Nobel committee gave him a damn medal.
I see a mean, haughty female ready to go to war rather than speak to Putin, who thinks Islam is the greatest civilization among other character flaws. And I see a self funded guy who may brag too much but who will not owe anyone and who asks for advise from people like Senator Sessions. To keep his wealth and lifestyle America must thrive and survive so he will fight for that at the very least. Need I say more about your gal Carly?
I understand
but I am trying to continue to trust the process . I will probably go with whoever wins the day. I do think there is a majority of Republicans that want to do better than Romney of McCaine..if for no other reason than they want to win....who or what that is I have no idea at the moment
” Hell, the Nobel committee gave him a damn medal. “
So ~ the Nobel committee has seen the error of their ways - and so has Trump.
Trump’s a high profile businessman, he’s not gonna burn bridges from the get go. He’s lived and worked in NYC his whole life.
Yea, he knows how the game is played.
