I’m not sure that VW really did anything wrong here….

Except to defraud their customers by promising something that they did not deliver--a clean, high-performance diesel.

Except the performance is high, and you know it is clean because it passes the smog checks.

I think most of us would want a high performance vehicle that passes smog tests.I have a higher opinion of VW since this came out.
