I would have thought conservatives understood that it isn’t about what the Constitution should say, or what you want it to say, or what “sounds” unConstitutional, as one post upthread claims.
It either is, or it isn’t unConstitutional. Emotion has nothing to do with it. The law is black and white.
Unless under a penumbra being invented by the Supreme Court. They are "formed by emanations from those guarantees that help give them life and sub-stance,"... So possibly the law is gray and penumbrous.(sic)
