In fact, the vast majority of the country I live in is Muslim, but I have never felt safer in my life than living here.

Well, Muslims are quite well-behaved when it suits them. Show me a majority Muslim country that is open, tolerant, free, and treats women as human beings. I’m sure there are individual Muslims that are nice people, but Islam demands subjugation and is a horrible evil.
