Arguments from Trump supporters that are against Rasmussen now, but were the other way when they showed good polling numbers for The Donald in 3...2...1...
Read the OP comment.
Remembveerm, you cannot have it both ways.
that s how it works.
If an outlier poll is good for The Donald then other outlier polls that aren’t good for him must also be given the same credence from Trump supporters.
And the Gravis marketing poll for uber-conservative OAN (where Trump was interviewed by Palin) that I put on a thread here (that is not so good for The Donald) was liked by Trump supporters in the past - but now they now don’t like the new polling numbers.
Trump supporters cannot have it both ways. ;)
Remembveerm to groom the keyboard regularly! :)
I read in Ras years ago, he admittedly asks more dems than Republicans when he is doing a poll (the way he weights is troubling) so Ras as a establishment guy would not surprise that he weights against Tea Party types.
Sure they can, and they will till the Trump bubble likely bursts and "the Donald" has faded away into clownish oblivion.
What will be more interesting is how Trump himself handles it if/when his polling goes south. He is constantly talking about how great his polls are as if those numbers represent currency. If/when the time comes that his polling is consistently not so good, I'm guessing suddenly he won't mention polling and would tell you they don't matter.
Let's be fair here though, hypocrisy in politics....who'd have thunk it! When it comes to polling Trumpkins behave like many/most people - love the polls that show their guy/gal doing well, claim they are nonsense when the same poll shows just the opposite. Remember for months leading into the 2012 election there were all manner of people claiming they could "unskew" polls and that Romney was actually winning.......yeah, that didn't turn out so well. There was an even a laughable website called Unskewed Polls or something that claimed to be able to go in, shift the sample into something they regarded as more fair, and show what the real result should be. That actually fooled a lot of gullible people too.
No one’s pushing the line you keep talking about...
