North Korea’s first nuclear detonation occurred October 9, 2006. George W. Bush was sworn in as President January 20, 2001. Bush had been president over 5 years when the North Koreans first demonstrated a nuclear weapon. Perhaps Mr. Bush deserves some of the credit or blame.

The negotiators were the Clintonites...the same can be said for 9/11. Bush was on duty but failed policies BEFORE Bush helped.
