It’s ashame that Compaq is gone. I have a Compaq and lasted very long. Compaq computer never gave me any trouble. When something is so good these morons have to screw it up.

I wish I could say the same about Compaq.

Many years ago, I bought a Compaq desktop.

The hard drive crashed three days after I bought the computer.

Took it back to Staples, and they didn’t carry that model anymore! I bought it about four days earlier.

Traded it for an HP desktop. It was more expensive, so I had to add more money. This was, I think, in 1999.

Same here. My first computer was a Compaq and I loved it. It did last a long time.

First computer I ever bought for my company in 1985 was a Compaq and we loaded it with a program called Symphony which I loved. We have a couple of things we still do on it. My grandson thinks it’s a hoot to use, particularly compared to his iPad and iPhone capability.
