You need a permit to carry concealed. In most states, you do not need a permit to carry openly. Carrying a concealed weapon has always been looked at differently.
By the way there are very very few living carjackers(whatever) where I live..
Even the grannys are armed to the teeth..
Never know when you’ll see a Bear.. ( or something )..
Armed robbery is rare.. here. it’s too dangerous..
