Same with me. The guy just sounds too eager and animated for some reason.
The inflections in his voice are too rehearsed.
The average person doesn’t talk that way.
Don’t care where he comes from they don’t talk that way.
Actors talk that way when they are playing a part and trying to make the character sound like an idiot.
