I agree. I have never, ever heard a Christian “accidentally” identify themselves as a Muslim, Hindu, etc. True religious beliefs are too intrinsic for such a thing to happen.

Inarguable. Perhaps it would be different for someone who converted later in life, but as far as anyone who was brought up in one religion...or no religion and then one religion (as in the case of 0bama) no bloody way they get that answer wrong. Never mind that how much foreign exposure 0bama had with however many years in Indonesia 0bama went through. That happened at a very formative stage in his life. It is very obviously a fundamental thing for him. “Intrinsic”, the word you used, is precisely correct.
