I’ll give her serious consideration for VP or a cabinet post. We need somebody with the skills to kick congressional butt. Running a company and dealing with the senate and house are two completely different animals. In the former, everyone is your subordinate and must obey. In the latter, you are herding cats who have to have a good reason to go along.
FDR, JFK and RWR knew that congress reacts to public pressure and they used the bully pulpit to get things done. The next President will need good public speaking and persuasion skills and the ability to use them in the media. So far, none of the candidates whose policies I like have demonstrated those skills.
Christie and Huckster are good motivators but way too liberal. Trump is a little too combative. Fiorina is dour. Ted Cruz most closely matches my politics, but lacks likability. Rubio, Paul, Santorum and Walker look and sound like kids in an adult world. Jeb is dull. Carson is too unemotional. Kasich, Gilmore, Jindal and Pataki... Who cares?
I think Cruz and possibly Rubio or Walker can get some coaching and gain the necessary skills to be successful presidents, but so far, the fall far short of Renaldus Magnus. I just can’t see any way Trump or Fiorina will make good, persuasive presidents.
Put her where she can get rid of thousands of government employees and close up a few government agencies, that appears to be where experience lies.
