34 is low, imho....and that if many docs....try 60-80....check out Dr. Mercolas advice or do a search for Dr. Jonathan Wright’s recommendation. ... and I should kn I w...mine was about that several years ago...I take 5000+ depending on time of year..and now don’t ever have respiratory problems or get flu...and I do not get flu shot either.
