Good post. Let me expand on a couple of things. One, don’t take k2 every day, only about 3 x per week.
Two, a fascinating tidbit of information is that when we are stressed out, whether by an external event or internal event (sickness, under nourished, etc), the very first thing our adrenal glands do is purge our 2 relaxing minerals, which are magnesium and zinc. They do this because of the fight or flight they are preparing you for. But, when we purge those 2 extremely important minerals, and then do not replenish them, it sets us up for major problems. As I said earlier, being mineral deficient (under nourished) is also a cause for stress, so the vicious cycle continues.
We can’t get enough mag from our food or water now so it is imperative that we supplement with it and it must be the right kind to be effective.
