I've been doing a lot of research on ol' Ross. It isn't even in the same galaxy. You sound way too intelligent to believe that, and I suspect you don't.

Ross, by his own words (which I'm using in a book) said that he dropped out because the Democrats were suddenly revitalized" (i.e., his only job was to stop Bush). He had no intention of winning, and certainly no intention of spending his own money. Trump has every intention of winning, is spending ONLY his own money.
