That was my first thought...she was drunk.
I never cared that much for her anyway, although she’s capable of making good points, but this is truly disgusting.
She needs to go away....but of course she won’t.
Phones/computers should have a little gizmo on them that you have to breathe into before it will operate - just like those in cars after someone has been charged for drunk driving.
